Work has commenced on the extensive exterior painting of the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi as part of a broader renovation project at the Ashanti Regional headquarters of the National Sports Authority (NSA).
The ongoing facelift is aimed at improving the appearance and overall condition of the iconic sporting facility, which remains one of Ghana’s major venues for football and other sporting activities.
The exterior painting forms part of wider efforts to renovate and modernise the stadium, with the project expected to enhance the facility’s outlook and create a more attractive environment for athletes, officials and spectators.
The development marks another step in the ongoing efforts to improve sporting infrastructure at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium and ensure the facility remains suitable for hosting major sporting events.
