Benin-Ghanaian centre-forward Mathieu Seyram has joined Spanish side Aguilas FC on loan from Murcia Imperial, with the move giving the 19-year-old striker an opportunity to continue his development in Spain’s Primera Federacion.
The transfer was completed on 12 August 2026, with the loan agreement set to run until 30 June 2027.
Aguilas compete in Primera Federacion Group II, while Murcia Imperial currently play in Segunda Federacion Group III.
Standing at an impressive 1.97 metres, Seyram has already gained valuable experience in Spanish senior football. During the 2025-26 campaign, he made eight appearances for Murcia Imperial across Primera Federacion Groups I and II, accumulating a total of 331 minutes.
His time with Murcia Imperial followed a loan spell at Arenas Club, where he spent the second half of the 2025-26 season. He returned to Murcia Imperial on 30 June before securing another loan move, this time to Aguilas.
Seyram originally joined Murcia Imperial from Murcia Prom U19 in July 2025, having previously developed at Ghanaian club YAP FC.
The latest move represents another important step in the young striker’s career as he continues to gain experience within the Spanish football system.
Born in Benin, Seyram holds both Beninese and Ghanaian nationality. The right-footed forward primarily operates as a centre-forward and will now look to make his mark with Aguilas during the 2026-27 season.
Under the terms of the agreement, Aguilas will have Seyram available until the end of June 2027, when he is scheduled to return to Murcia Imperial.
The loan move provides the highly-rated youngster with another opportunity to develop his game, gain regular senior experience and establish himself in Spain’s competitive third tier. 🇧🇯🇬🇭🇪🇸⚽
