Ghanaian-English winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has emerged as a reported transfer target for Burnley, with the 23-year-old currently under contract at Premier League side Crystal Palace.
Rak-Sakyi returned to Palace at the end of May following a 2025/26 season spent on loan with Turkish side Caykur Rizespor and Championship club Stoke City.
During his spell with Rizespor, the right winger made 11 appearances in the Turkish Super Lig and scored four goals, gaining valuable first-team experience.
Rak-Sakyi has also established a strong record in the Championship, where he has scored 10 goals in 49 appearances. He spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Sheffield United after previously enjoying a temporary spell with Charlton Athletic.
The winger joined Crystal Palace’s senior squad in July 2022 after progressing through the club’s academy. He enjoyed a prolific 2021/22 campaign at youth level, finishing as the Premier League 2 top scorer with 18 goals.
Since breaking into the first team, Rak-Sakyi has made eight Premier League appearances for Palace as he continues to compete for regular senior football.
Palace are understood to value the versatile winger at around €6 million, while his current contract at Selhurst Park runs until June 30, 2027.
Burnley, who compete in the Championship, are now reportedly monitoring the player as he considers his next career move following successive loan spells away from Palace.
However, no transfer has been confirmed at this stage, and Rak-Sakyi remains a Crystal Palace player as speculation over his future continues.
