Ghanaian forward Shafiu Mumuni has completed a move to Iraqi club Al-Qasim SC on a free transfer.
The experienced 31-year-old striker finalized the switch on September 8, 2026, following his departure from fellow Iraqi side Al-Ramadi.
Mumuni, who operates primarily as a centre-forward, brings valuable experience to Al-Qasim as the club strengthens its attacking options ahead of the new campaign.
The move sees the Ghana international remain in Iraqi football, where he will now begin a new chapter with Al-Qasim after his spell at Al-Ramadi.
The transfer was completed without a fee, with Mumuni joining Al-Qasim as a free agent following the end of his time with Al-Ramadi.
The 31-year-old will now look to make an immediate impact at his new club and use his experience to bolster Al-Qasim’s attacking department.
Mumuni is officially an Al-Qasim SC player following the completion of the move.
