Ghanaian defender Faiz Ahmed has completed a move to Egyptian Premier League side Petrojet SC, signing a two-year contract with the club.
The transfer sees the Ghanaian centre-back take the next step in his career by joining one of Egypt’s established top-flight clubs.
Petrojet will be a familiar name to Ghanaian football followers, having gained significant recognition in Ghana during the successful spell of former Asante Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe at the Egyptian club.
Bekoe enjoyed a prolific period with Petrojet during his playing days, making the club a familiar name among Ghanaian football fans.
Ahmed will now look to create his own story in Egypt as he begins a new chapter with Petrojet and aims to establish himself in the Egyptian Premier League.
