Ghanaian judoka Agyei Frema narrowly missed out on a podium finish after losing to Nairne Lele of England in the women's 57kg bronze medal bout at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.
Frema battled hard throughout the contest but was unable to overcome her English opponent, ending Ghana's hopes of securing a medal in the judo competition.
Despite the disappointment, the Ghanaian judoka displayed determination and resilience on the international stage, representing Team Ghana with pride.
