Ghana winger Christopher Bonsu Baah has been crowned Al Qadsiah’s Player of the Month for April after a standout run of form.
The 21-year-old Black Stars winger was instrumental for the Saudi Pro League side, contributing one goal and three assists across key fixtures. He helped Al Qadsiah secure a commanding win over Al Riyadh and earn draws against Al Shabab and Damac — his most productive spell since joining from KRC Genk.
Bonsu Baah has quickly become a vital part of Brendan Rodgers’ side, who currently sit fourth in the league table. He carried that momentum into May, setting up a goal in Al Qadsiah’s surprise victory over Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr. In total, he has now been involved in 14 league goals this season, with 11 assists to his name.
The in-form winger will miss Ghana’s upcoming friendly against Mexico in May, a blow for new Black Stars coach Carlos Queiroz. However, he is expected to be available for the final pre-World Cup friendly against Wales.
